Quantity is not released from Sales Blanket

Hi,

I'm hoping someone else has experienced this issue and has some guidance on the cause, as I couldn't find anything searching the Knowledge portal.

Our company is on 9.2 tools release 9.2.9.4

I have many sales blanket orders where the quantity open is not adjusted by the quantity of the newly created sales order via P4210. We are not using P420111 to release the sales blanket. The user is alerted via the green check mark that a blanket exists, they select more row actions and release blanket to complete the process and automatically release from the associated blanket order.

I have at least 100 examples currently and growing. I have reviewed ledgers one by one, compared tables against successful releases and unfortunately I cannot replicate it during testing. Initially I thought the user didn't select more row actions, however, OORN is populated with the associated blanket order. In some cases several releases work successfully on against a given blanket and then a new release is not recorded.
