Can someone from Oracle give me guidance on this new EIT for Calif. Pay Data Reporting?

Is the intent of the new EIT to be populated for only Calif. employees ethnicity? Or will both Ethnic EITs need to be populated? One for the EEO & Vets reporting and the other for the CPDR reporting?

HR is asking me and I did not readily see an answer within the 2025 HR Stat. patch documentation.
