Can I Upgrade to DB 26ai with ODA X72s on version 19.27

Hi,

we have an ODA x7-2s and we are using it for development. Version 19.27, Linux 8.8

Now to go on production we decided to use the new 26ai on an Oracle Linux VM.

The Question is: Can we upgrade the DB on ODA to 26ai independtly of the version of ODA(19.27).

Found different answers in internet and not sure if its works.

Another quesion is, when we keep the development on 19.27 can we use our developed apps on the new production environement with 26ai?
