Inquiry regarding access to the old Oracle Support screen (screenshot attached)

Hello.

While using JD Edward ERP, the support screen I frequently used has somehow switched to the cloud, making it difficult to find information.

I would like to request your help if anyone knows the access path or how to view the information on the old screen. Thank you.
