MWA Personalization Framework: Unit Cost field on INV_MOB_ALIAS_ISS not customizable?

I am trying to personalize the mobile application framework for MSCA. The Unit Cost field is available for personalization in INV_MOB_ALIAS_RCPT function but not INV_MOB_ALIAS_ISS. 

Doc ID 1992464.1 -In Mobile Supply Chain Application (MSCA), can the Item Cost Field be hidden on the Account Alias Receipt page?

Any functionality available or work around to achieve on the INV_MOB_ALIAS_ISS function?
