Can we link reports directly from Planning to Narrative Reporting for Ref.content in report packages

We have a remote library linked from the Planning environment to Narrative Reporting. We use most of the report grids as embedded content in PowerPoint report packages, but every time we update any forms in Planning, we have to make a copy in Narrative.
The data source is correctly linked, but the report structure is not.

Is there a way to have linked or automatically updated reports as referenced content in the report packages? We would like to avoid making copies every time we update the reports. To make it more efficient.
