Punchout Failure on Return from Cart with "larger" Carts - Increase Weblogic Tracing?
PeopleTools 8.62.07, FS/SCM 9.2.55
ISSUE: if user returns from punchout cart with MANY lines THEN gets sent to blank/error page
I've submitted a ticket for this but haven't heard back from support.
Punchout works fine w/ 1-3 items.
Application Server Log Trace / User Trace looks identical between good and failure case, just "stops" after trying to redirect from the handler (the bit of code in PS that redirects you to the cart page). Everything else looks fine (e.g., cart is translated). Same behavior with custom Punchout direct connect class and delivered class. No difference in network trace in Browser Inspector.
