Effective Searching Techniques in My Oracle Support
The My Oracle Support - Portal Documentation article has a section that provides tips for finding relevant Knowledge, Documentation, Community Content and for locating specific Service Requests (SRs).
- From the home page search bar, enter in four or more keywords - include things such as exact error messages, product/service names, versions and clear symptoms
- Results will be shown in source categories: Knowledge, Documentation, Cloud Customer Connect Community and My Oracle Support Community
- In each category, the top 3 matches are shown, click "View more" to display up to 50 results
- Use filters to refine your results: Filter by product or service OR Change Search Language (to select your preferred language)
