How to get the list of objects modified between two patches. (Eg 21.7 to 26.3)

Hi,

We are analysing the impact to update repository from 21.7 to 26.x. Our is filed Services application. Is there any way to get list of all objects modified between these patch sets.

I am trying to download the release notes for all in between patches from link

but it error as below. The user I am using has access to download software and i earlier downloaded all software documents with the same users. Can you please help me to get release notes for all Siebel releases from 21.7
