Environment start processing all of sudden all files from 30 May 2025, on 25 Mar 2026 ?

All of sudden on 25 Mar 2026 environemnt processed all files which were present in c$\xstoredata\environment\wwwroot\updates\data folder.
What can be the reasons for this ?
