MSME Number fields mandatory in supplier form

Hi,

we need to mandate the MSME(Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) option at the time of supplier creation. How to make Supplier Type and MSME Number fields mandatory? Currently we are using the application version 12.2.10. Please help us in this regard.
