OPatch Error: OPatch failed with error code 19

Hi

We are on the Repository Server for an OMS 13.5.0.29

The command "opatch version" works.

But we face this issue on the agent home with "opatch lspatches" command for e.g

On the OMS side, it works fine

Do you have any recommandation for resolving that issue ?
