Has anyone here used Apache JMeter for load testing or performance testing of a PeopleSoft application?
If yes, I would appreciate your inputs on the following:

  1. What was your overall experience using JMeter with PeopleSoft?
  2. As an open-source tool, how does JMeter compare with Micro Focus LoadRunner in terms of effectiveness, reliability, and ease of use for PeopleSoft performance testing?
  3. Are there any documented best practices or reference documents available on My Oracle Support (MOS) or elsewhere on the web for conducting PeopleSoft load/performance testing efficiently?
  4. What tools are commonly used to monitor server and application performance during load/performance tests (for example: Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, or others)?
