ASAP 8 traditional installation error

Hi Team,

We are installing ASAP 8 version in traditional approach in cloud VM. Now we facing issue in ASAP installation.

ASAP VM : x.x.x.5
DB VM : x.x.x.4
We installed jdk21 and weblogic on ASAP VM using cloud-user
DBA team installed Database in DB VM using oracle (oracle:oinstall) user.
DBA team installed DB client on ASAP VM using oracle user in ASAP VM.

We are getting error (Error: database user ctrlDEV1 does not exist) while installing ASAP in console mode using cloud-user with below command.

./configureASAP -properties /app/asap/config/DEV_ASAPConfiguration.properties

Please see below logs. Please let us know reason.
