Business classfication mandatory using OAF personalization in supplier

Hi,

We defined the MSME types in supplier business classification and we need to mandatory the business classification. Enduser should select the MSME types at the time of supplier creation and system not allow to save the records with out this business classification. So we have set the required field to yes for fields classification,Applicable and Certificate Number in function level using OAF personalization.

Our requirement is system should not allow to save the record. But when we create a new suppliers with out business classification then system allow to save the record.

When we click the business classification link and save the record with out select any type, then system showing the error "Form Validation Failures: A value must be Entered for "Certificate Number" . I have attached the screenshot for your reference.
