External Education Transcript Status

On the External Education page of Records and Enrollment > Transfer Credit Evaluation, there is a Transcript Status section. Our Registrar's Office staff will manually update the Action (EXT_ACAD_DATA.TRANSCRIPT FLAG), Transcript Date (EXT_ACAD_DATA.TRANSCRIPT_DT), Date Received (EXT_ACAD_DATA.RECEIVED_DT), and Transcript Status (EXT_ACAD_DATA.TRNSCRPT_STATUS). They are finding that these fields may get overwritten when another transcript is received and posted, likely due to an automated process. Based on my research, it appears those fields will be overwritten if the Data Source (EXT_ACAD_DATA.LS_DATA_SOURCE) and Data Medium fields (EXT_ACAD_DATA.DATA_MEDIUM) match in an incoming transcript.
