Unable to install Change Assistant 8.62.05 due to existing version in windows 2022 NT

Hi,

I am unable to install the latest version of CA8.62 in the server due to the old version of CA, I refered the article to uninstall old version but deleting the registry key is not helpful. Also while uninstallting older version with PsCA\setup.bat is ending up with errors (attached the screenshot.).

Any input please?
