How to migrate legacy advanced requisitions to RSS module - steps and/or documentation

Hi All

RSS is being freshly implemented for a particular business entity which already has advanced PO requisitions. They want to migrate all 2000-3000 open requisitions to RSS module

How to proceed in this case?
