withholding tax is not calculate

Hi All,

We are currently in the process of upgrading EBS from R12.2.4 to R12.2.13. During invoice validation, the withholding tax is not being calculated, and no error message is displayed.

All reviewing the setups have been completed in Payables Options, including the creation of a withholding tax group and enabling the option at the supplier site level. However, the issue occurs intermittently.
