Transferring data from one LE to another LE in the same ledger

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) Question

We created a new entity - Entity 25 and it ran for 9 months, GL only no sub ledgers. We realised that it had been set up using the incorrect territory and Oracle suggested we recreate a new entity in the correct territory and close off the old entity. We built a new entity - ENT087 which is the new version of ENT25 going forward from January 2026.

Both are in the same ledger, EUR Ledger. There were some GBP entries posted to 25 during the 9 months of it being active and the last thing we did in Entity 25 was a revaluation at the end of the December 2025 period.
