in Cloud Installation and Provisioning - JDE1 (MOSC) Question

Hi,

We are receiving these emails: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Compute - Maintenance Scheduled for Virtual Machine Instance

This means that Oracle has set a specific date and time for the maintenance, and it cannot be moved forward or backward.Why is it like this now? I mean, can't it be scheduled at a different time?
