Help with Event Code GIOOR-4067-1 and VTAJT-3742-7

in Primavera (MOSC) Question

I have a user experiencing the above two error messages periodically and it occurs while trying to open a layout or a filter. How would I go about finding the root cause of these events?

We are on version 24.12 of P6 Professional using Citrix.
