Unable to send in the DFF (DSP_SEGMENT1) aks mrp

I am calling in the staged transaction rest api for integration I am sharing the api and the payload too, but the issue is that I am unable to send the DSP_SEGMENT1 value in the field which is basically the DFF. This DFF is defined at the line level and called MRP API name: mrp. Earlier we used FBDI and sent the data in DSP_SEGMENT1, but now we need to send in using API, without the dFFs it works fine. So help us on this.
