US Sales Tax upgrade from R11i to R12

Our customer is doing an upgrades from 11i to R12 of which the entire tax architecture has changed. In 11i, user can check their Location Tax and Rate form in AR module easily.

Question:

1. Any ideas if there is any easy way for user to check the tax rate. The use case is at times end customer will just tell my user that the taxes in the customer invoice is incorrect. So my user will need check the setup, in 11i she could easily check via the Location screen by exporting the data into excel and filter by postal code/zip code but in R12, it seems that the State, County and City is being put as Jurisdiction Code and she will have to search one by one.
