Any SQL extract to extract the US Sales Tax from Tax Rates with the State, County and City included

The client is upgraded from 11i to R12 of which find R12 eBiz Tax not as friendly compare to 11i Tax Locations and Rates form. May i know if anyone has any SQL extract that could pull out the US Sales Tax Rate from R12 so that this client could use the SQL to extract the information for the user to use instead. The user dislike the idea she has to query the state, county and city tax one by one to check the setup. Anyone have any ideas on making this checking process easier as
