Unifier DMS viewer query

in Unifier (MOSC) Question

When DWG files containing externally linked raster images (JPG/PNG) are uploaded to Unifier DMS, the images do not render in the Unifier viewer. We have confirmed through testing that:

 

- Images embedded directly in the DWG (OLE objects) render correctly
- Images linked via relative file paths do not render — the viewer cannot resolve the references

 

This affects thousands of engineering drawings on our programme.

 

OUR QUESTION

 

If we upload the referenced image files (JPG/PNG) into Unifier DMS alongside the DWG file, can the Unifier viewer be configured to resolve those relative path references and render the images correctly?
