Browser display "Please install java runtime environment"

in Agile (MOSC) Question

Hi Expert,


Need your advice, regarding access Agile PLM using browser.
For information, Agile version is 9.3.5


User can login to Agile using browser, but got an error "Please install java runtime environment" when press button in redline section.
The error happen when access using Microsoft Edge and also Chrome.
Could advice how to solve this error? Thanks.
