News Feed Configuration

Can I configure the News Feed to show specific changes made? Currently, it only shows how the Schedule Health was changed. I would like to see the specific changes made and who changed them. The News Feed Overview in the Help Section mentions displaying the things I would like to see, but I don't see them. Is this a glitch or am I missing something?
