indirect access to all BUs in FDI

Hello , I have an issue on the data access in FDI coming from the "Manage Service Providers Relationships" in "Financials" Setup in Fusion Application (ERP). This setup set a set of business units as providers of another business unit: for exemple BU_1,BU_2,B_3 are providers for BU_4.

On FDI if you have access to one of the first 3 you'll have access to the BU_4 or in other words if you have access to a given BU you'll have access to all BUs where the BU ,you were assigned, is a Provider. Hence if a BU_1 is a provider to all Requisition BUs you'll have access to all requisition BUs just by having access to BU_1.
