Ms Teams direct routing one way audio

I'm testing a recently SIP trunk configured between an Oracle SBC 3900 relesase 9.1 and an Ms Teams.

The calls are established successfully, but the audio in the Teams users is cutting in and out. The external party is receiving audio in both ways.

I've defined this media profiles:

media-profile
name cn
subname wideband
payload-type 118
media-profile
name silk
subname narrowband
payload-type 103
clock-rate 8000
media-profile
name silk
subname wideband
payload-type 104
clock-rate 16000

And I've configured the codect policy as this:

codec-policy
name addCNandSilk
allow-codecs *
add-codecs-on-egress CN silk:wideband

But in the outgoing invites I'm not seen the silk 104 codec:

o=Sonus_UAC 23186 12081 IN IP4 2XX.XX.XX.18
