"Cannot connect to olap service. Tried all: \\'1\\' addresses, but could not connect over HTTP

in Hyperion EPM General (MOSC) Question

While conneting to Calc manager via workspace i am encountering this error

"Cannot connect to olap service. Tried all: \\'1\\' addresses, but could not connect over HTTP to server: \\'MOPHHQPHYPAPP01.moph.gov.qa\\', port: \\'19000\\' failed reasons:  [0] address:\\'MOPHHQPHYPAPP01.moph.gov.qa/10.25.226.200\\',port:\\'19000\\' : java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused"

Any leads to resolve this.
