Sub Inventory transfer issue - Move Order

User has created Move Order type as "Requisition" to transfer items from one sub inventory to another. They have created Move Order with Primary Quantity as 25000.

They has allocated and transacted quantities like 8950, 3800 , 6200, 5000 and 1050 = 25000 and its full filled in MTL table as well.

Issue:

For quantity 8950 , line still appears in Transact Move Order form and Quantity Delivered still shows as 16050. Please suggest how to correct it.
