Process to move Activity Schedule from OPC to Unifier

We are implementing Oracle Primavera Cloud and Oracle Primavera Unifier. We are looking for options for moving the Schedule from OPC to Unifier for business users. Currently the only option is to run the integration manually in OIC, or create a schedule that will run the integration on a schedule. Ideally the business users would have an option to push a schedule and any updates from OPC to Unifier.

Additionally, once the schedules exist in both OPC and Unifier there is a potential for an update to occur in each application. Does OPC overwrite Unifier completely or would it only add a new activity line if it was created in OPC. Curious about the inverse of this as well.
