Patchset 39230808: BATCH PRP FOR POTENTIAL SECURITY VULNERABILITY BUG

I am trying to apply the above PRP to Image 56. I have downloaded to Change Assistant downloads folder. When I am trying to apply the PRP using change assistant, it is giving an error "CANNOT LOCATE ANY CHANGE PACKAGE IN THE DOWNLOAD DIRECTORY". I checked changepackageproperties.xml file and found following lines.

<string>toolsVerCA</string>
<string>8.62.00</string>

But Image56 is delivered with PT8.62.07 and the change assistant version I am using is also 8.62.07. So, I have updated the line to the 8.62.07 version and tried applying the PRP. Still the same error.

Did anyone come across the same issue? Please help me.
