How to send alert based on target life cycle in OEM 13.5

Hello experts,

Recently we have successfully migrated our OEM from 13.4 to 13.5 to a Linux 8 server.We are planning to use to register all prod and non-prod targets in same OEM server.Now the problem is how do we make sure non-prod OEM target alerts should work between 7 am to 5 pm as we dont support non-prod 24X7.

We also want to make sure prod target alert should work in 24X7.Consider we have 2 different email id for prod and non-prod.

Any idea will be appreciated. I was thinking to create different alert schedule for prod and non-prod but I see only option I have is edit not create.
