Can i have shared approvals for specific PR

If one department created PR but this PR is shared with another department is there any workaround can be done so the two departments should approve it ?

Case example: Finance department has its own purchasing hierarchy for PR creation and IT department has its own purchasing hierarchy for PR creation.

Now Finance department requested Laptop but for this specific request they need head of IT department to approve it as well can this be done to share specific PR approvals between 2 different departments with different hierarchies?
