Is it possible to give Create/Update access to only Contact Directory function on Supplier page?

Hi,

We are on R12.2.6. Our requirement is to create a responsibility that has access to creating and updating Supplier's Contact directory only. Remaining all functions (appearing on the left side in below screen shot) should remain read only. Is it possible? If yes, please advise steps.
