Object mismatch cannot be deleted for channel

Hi:

In my rman backup log, I see below warning message regarding backup not able to delete and user crosscheck backup to fix the issue. I took a look at my backup script, I do see the crosscheck statement is already in the backup script. In that case, do I still need to issue the crosscheck command again, or wait until the next backup run and it will automatically gets taken care of? Please advise.

RMAN-06207: WARNING: 322 objects could not be deleted for DISK channel(s) due
RMAN-06208: to mismatched status. Use CROSSCHECK command to fix status
