Patch 19c RU 19.31 / 12.2 — Download link returns empty page or TBA

Hi,

We are trying to download the latest Release Update patches for Oracle Database 19c (19.31.0 — Patch 39034528) and 12.2, but we are facing two issues:

      1.    Some patches show “TBA” with no download link available yet.

      2.    For patch 39034528 (DB RU 19.31.0 — April 2026), clicking the download link redirects to an empty patch detail page ( no items to display).

Could you confirm whether these patches are available for download, and if so, provide a working direct link?
