Unable to make Inspection PO receipt. Po is not in interface error

Dear Team,

We have a PO for Dec 2022

due to some operation activity PO was not delivered

we have made early / late receipt days as 99999 to make receipt

Currently we are not getting PO in "Receiving transaction" (PO is received but not inspected)

PO is not in Transaction Status summary / Pending transaction / Transaction open interface.

How to make inspect

Any advice for us
