Need inputs to confirm GET All operation for Projects

Basis the OPC documentation, we were able to invoke GET operation on projects basis one particular project ID/project name, we need confirmation of it is possible to get all the projects at once in a payload. If possible via workspace or any other entity, help us with the appropriate endpoint and samples.
