Tier Duration

Hi All,

A DFF field (Tier) has been enabled at the assignment level. Employees change jobs over time, and each job may be associated with a different Tier.

We need to display sum of the Expected Tier duration (in years, months, and days) that an employee has spent in a particular Tier throughout their entire history of assignments.
