Oracle Database Client

in Database Administration (MOSC)

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for Oracle Database Client 19.28 (full/heavy client) for a compatibility test with SAS 9.4 M9.

My questions are:

      1.    Is the full Oracle Client 19.28 still available for download on MOS or eDelivery? I can only find Instant Client packages for this version.

      2.    Is the full client download tied to a specific patch (RU/RUR) applied on top of a base 19c client installation, rather than a standalone installer?

      3.    If so, what is the base 19c full client version to download, and which patch number corresponds to the 19.28 release update?

Any guidance would be appreciated!
