My Oracle Support Login Issues
Hi
I am facing difficulty logging in to the My Oracle Support portal.

After the initial sign-in password validation, I get the text on my registered phone and then I am faced with the page attached

Not sure what I have to choose here to get to the portal? I used to be able to login and get to My Oracle Support until a few months back. My colleagues do not face this selection challenge and they have the same CSI as mine.
