Upgrade steps for OEM application from rhel7 to rhel9 and version 13.5 to 24ai RU 8

Hi Team,

We have a multi OMS set up on 2 nodes and 1400 agents configured on the same. Currently oem application is running on RHEL7 wit 13.5 RU22 version. We are planning to migrate it to RHEL9 with 24AI. What will be the best possible way of migration.In current environment agents are using common Cname to connect the OMS server though Load balancer. Any suggestion , to avoid reconfiguration of agents and targets and with minimal downtime.
