How to get a Report UDO to handle null dates in the data selection

HI guys

I am trying to automate the running of UBEs R980051 / 52 for notification purging.

I would like to ignore records with a reminder set, this date time is a UTIME field that ends up in NTFUT1 on F980051

Now we can 'kind of' do this in normal JDE batch version submissions, but it eventually fails.

I want to do this via a scheduled UDO and ORCH as we to pass in a calculated date for retention period

So how can I get my UDO to not process and select F980051 records where there is a date time in NTFUT1 ?
