Net to Gross for a pensionable element
I have followed the Oracle document to create a net to gross element and it works but if the amount that we want to pay is pensionable then that is not being included in the net to gross calculation. For example
normal net pay is 3962
want to pay pay net bonus of 2000
So total net should 5962
net to gross element calculates 3448
We pay the employee a pensionable bonus of 3448 but the net pay is 5786.06 (176 less than expected due to the pension deducted on the bonus)
How do we get the net to gross element to include the pension to be paid on the bonus?
