Could not open the README files for the recently release 2nd quarter patches:

Combo OJVM Release Update 19.31.0.0.260412 and Database Release Update 19.31.0.0.260421 PATCH 39062931 for UNIX

Database Release Update 19.31.0.0.260421 PATCH 39034528 for UNIX

OJVM Release Update 19.31.0.0.260421 PATCH 38906621 

Getting the following Error when I am trying to open today (5/1/26) the README files:

400 Bad Request

Request Header or Cookie Too Large
