Getting ORA-01658 error occurred during RatedEvent batch insert due to tablespace issue

In our project we are using Oracle BRM-PDC-ECE CNE 12.0.0.8.0 version. ECE is running on 12 PS8 IP13.

While loading the CDRs into DB, RatedEventFormatter is giving an error as attached in snapshot.

Can you please suggest what can be done to overcome this error. We tried increating the tablespace with the help of Oracle DBA but we would like to know the permanant fix for this.
