best practices for guest ldom backup

Hi

On my architecture, I have applications on zones (solaris 8 to 11) managed on different guest ldom (Solaris 10, 11.3 and 11.4)

We use ZFS tools for zones and applications backup.

What are the recommended practices for ldoms ?

  • zfs snapshot coupled with zfs send command
  • unified archive image on external storage to recreate or clone LDOMs
